Job Description
Kingfisher Recruiting has been hired by a client in Howell, MI to find an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This role will handle service and install for residential and light commercial customers. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, boilers, and related equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues Install replacement parts and complete system repairs Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly with customers Complete service tickets, documentation, and maintenance records accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable codes Qualifications HVAC service experience Ability to troubleshoot heating and cooling systems independently EPA Certification preferred Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in homes, commercial buildings, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions
