Who You Are:

Trained HVAC tech
Minimum 1 year experience in active, hands-on HVAC role
Motivated self-starter and problem solver
Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Team player, working for team bonuses
Professional image
Driver's license with clean record
Pass background check Who You Are ( preferred ):
Expert in heating, cooling, and refrigeration
3 years of HVAC experience working in the field, hands-on
EPA 608

Tony has forty years' experience in this market, building successful HVAC companies. Oak Grove is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a few select employees to add to our family. We are a very solid company with a rapidly growing commercial and residential customer base.

Doing:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical components
Perform preventative maintenance and service work efficiently and accurately
Follow company SOPs to consistently complete company projects
