Job Description
HVAC SERVICE /INSTALL TECHNICIAN JP
Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC professional. The qualified candidate being considered will display an impressive attitude while being proficient on the job. Experience with hvac repair, service and installation on various residential furnace and a/c units, mini splits, boilers and much more is a plus. Looking for individual with good work ethic, ability to provide their own everyday hand tools and some diagnostic testing gear, a good driving record and valid drivers license. Some moderate to heavy lifting is required. If you have experience as an HVAC technician with service and installation experience please submit your resume for consideration.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high quality customer service Be professional, courteous and respectful to our customers as well as fellow employees Communicate effectively with customers, managers and dispatchers Honesty and integrity are a must Participate in an ON-CALL duty rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies Keep accurate maintenance records of all work performed on equipment Maintain and repair all heating and cooling systems, boilers, AHU's, geothermal, compressors, motor pumps, etc. in a timely manner Identify conditions needing major repair and recommend corrective action to the owner Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of systems to ensure minimum equipment downtime Use and follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders
Compensation Package:
