HVAC Installer Moore Mechanical | West Michigan $25

$35/hr Based on Experience Build More Than HVAC Systems—Build Your Career Moore Mechanical is looking for skilled HVAC Installers who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and helping projects succeed.

You'll work on residential and commercial HVAC projects, install complete HVAC systems, mentor apprentices, and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do
Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial projects
Complete system replacements, upgrades, and new installations
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards
Troubleshoot installation issues and help resolve field challenges
Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work
Anticipate material needs and communicate shortages before they impact production
Help organize jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment
Support apprentices through hands-on training and mentorship
Work independently while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards
Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
