Job Summary:

HVAC Technician

•

Service and InstallationResponsibilities:

•Perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by offering multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customers' homes Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

•Past experience as an HVAC service and Installation technician (min 3+ years, 5+ years preferred) Valid Driver's License EPA Certification Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds Benefits/Perks
