  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Duties Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, ventilation fans, and building automation systems. Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems within HVAC equipment. Perform mechanical systems repair including welding, piping, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure system integrity. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs performed. Assist with HVAC system maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and preventative inspections. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during service visits. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair and installation. Construction experience or property maintenance background is highly desirable. Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is a plus. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and electrical systems diagnostics is preferred. Hands-on experience with mechanical systems repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration), and appliance repair. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately; experience with HVAC design is advantageous. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Join us in delivering top-tier climate control solutions!
