We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality service to our residential and light commercial customers. Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while representing our company professionally. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-split systems. Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues. Explain repair options and recommendations to customers. Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience required. EPA Certification required.
