Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning units, boilers, and building automation systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and system performance documentation. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with all work performed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HVAC service technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues using specialized diagnostic instruments. Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. The ability to work on call hours as needed
