What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on honesty and trust. Serve as a technical leader and mentor for fellow technicians. Help establish service standards and best practices. Work alongside ownership to continue building one of Southeast Michigan's premier residential HVAC companies. Build long-term customer relationships—not just close another service ticket.
