We are looking for candidates who are a High School Graduate/GED, with at least 2 years of lead HVAC installation experience. The successful candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC and Plumbing skills who are dependable, able to work and collaborate as part of a professional team. Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license, undergo, and pass a drug screening and an employment background check.

Qualifications/skills:

the lead HVAC installer must possess the following to be successful in this position: High school diploma/GED and equivalent field experience. Have strong understanding of HVAC. Field fabricating of sheet metal is a plus. Can lift 50 lbs. Unassisted. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals and/or controls. Properly replace and install HVAC systems. Accurately measure job sites to properly order materials for installation. Good analytical skills & attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a team. Strong communication, written & verbal, skills. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations and answer customer questions. Train & mentor HVAC installation apprentices. Strong phone skills. Some computer skills.

Pre-employment screenings:
