Full Job Description Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to handle the installation and replacement of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role includes setting equipment, running ductwork, connecting electrical and refrigerant lines, and ensuring systems meet code requirements. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering clean, well-executed installs.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years HVAC experience Strong knowledge of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerant, and installation of residential/light commercial systems Located within commuting distance of Portland, MI Valid driver's license and reliable transportationJob Duties:
Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, boilers, mini splits, and ductwork Ensure compliance with residential and light commercial HVAC codes Perform start-up testing of newly installed systems Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on the jobAbout Us:
