The Big Task for HVAC Lead Installer You will be Lead Installer in the replacement of residential heating and cooling systems while providing an extraordinary customer experience. Key Sub Tasks for

HVAC Lead Installer:

Complete all HVAC Systems Installation Efficiently and Accurately Assist with helper on HVAC installation (2 man crews) Maintain constant communication with Installation Manager, Install coordinator, and Warehouse Must have experience installing single state, 2 stage packaged units Required knowledge of how to measure ductwork for new sheet metal Must be an expert of all local city HVAC codes and ability to make-on-the-job applications Keep Company Truck Clean & Organized - Inside & Out Maintain a Clean & Professional Appearance Have or be willing to Obtain Proper Certifications Requirements for HVAC Lead Installer EPA Certification with Knowledge & Applicable Installation and Venting Codes Minimum of 2 Years of Experience, Including Hands-On-Training and/or Work is Required Successful Completions of Certified HVAC Installation Training Program and/or Apprenticeship Proven Track Record in Heating & Cooling Systems Including Ability to Draw Simple Diagrams, Outgoing Personality that Blends Well with a Fast-Paced, Goal-Driven Environment Competitive Individual who also Loves to Win as a Team Highly Motivated, Self-Started who is Flexible and has a Great Attitude on
