In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance while delivering exceptional service to customers. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will drive your success in diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective solutions within a fast-paced environment. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including AC units, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, heat pumps, mini splits, etc for residential and commercial properties . Install new HVAC equipment following city codes, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems such as ACs, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini splits. Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and pictures at service jobs for all work performed. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and energy efficiency. Experience Proven experience as a HVAC service technician between 2-5 years. Background of knowledge of installing HVAC systems. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles. Hands-on experience with AC systems, including 410A and R454-B. Field service experience working on air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and furnaces/boilers. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for troubleshooting electrical issues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles is advantageous. Embark on a career where your technical skills make a tangible difference!
