We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot confidently, and wants to build a career without sacrificing life outside of work. We believe good technicians do their best work when they're supported, respected, and not run into the ground. Our Service Technicians are trusted to manage their calls independently, accurately diagnose residential HVAC systems, communicate solutions clearly to homeowners, and complete quality work without high-pressure sales tactics. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions Clearly explain findings, options, and recommendations to homeowners without high-pressure sales tactics Complete service documentation, job notes, invoices, and customer communications accurately Use Housecall Pro to manage assigned jobs and service information Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards Manage daily service calls efficiently and communicate proactively with the office when needed Represent All Weather Comfort Solutions professionally in customers' homes Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Dependable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Preferred, Not Required NATE certification Experience servicing boilers, heat pumps, and mini-splits Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service software Light sales or customer education experience Additional experience with plumbing, appliance repair, or property maintenance What We Offer Competitive hourly pay A strong focus on work-life balance Reasonable scheduling and a team that respects your time outside of work Overtime opportunities without a culture of constantly working excessive hours Steady, year-round work Paid training and continued education Opportunities for advancement Support from an experienced office and management team A locally owned and operated company A straightforward, no-BS work environment where quality work and taking care of the customer come first We know HVAC can be demanding, especially during peak seasons.
