Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized HVAC technician with a minimum 10 years' experience with enthusiasm and expertise in commercial and industrial Hvac. We are a Union mechanical contractor in Ypsilanti, MI. And in search of Union and non-Union employees in this pivotal role. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive the success of our service team. Your leadership will foster a positive environment focused on delivering top-quality Hvac repairs and maintenance. If you thrive in a independent setting and possess a passion for Hvac diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and experience, this is your opportunity to make a change to laid back atmosphere, once a month on call, no call after 52 y.o. employer. Duties Oversee all aspects of Hvac repair and maintenance services daily. Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring clear communication about repairs and estimates. Ensure compliance with safety standards and employee policies at all times Utilize Build ops software for customer job details, p.m. record keeping, and employee timesheets. Skills Extensive mechanical knowledge across various hvac systems including Preventative Maintenance, Boilers, Air conditioning, Mini splits, Make up Air units, Chillers, Pumps and all associated items with Commercial and Industrial HVAC. Proficiency with safe work environments. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about repairs and costs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a Drug test.
