Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical system solutions. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics, mechanical systems, and refrigeration components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and accurately, utilizing hand tools and other diagnostic devices. Repair or replace HVAC/R components such as compressors, fans, valves, thermostats, electrical wiring, and mechanical parts to restore system functionality. Interpret schematics and HVAC design documents to ensure precise installation and maintenance procedures align with project specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during service calls. Maintain detailed service records, logs of inspections or repairs performed, and report on system performance for ongoing maintenance planning. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with knowledge of HVAC/R systems repair and maintenance. Construction experience or property maintenance background is highly desirable for understanding building systems integration. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently using hand tools and diagnostic instruments like multimeters. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications related to HVAC design are advantageous. Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately; experience with HVAC system installation is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities required. Pay:
$24.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
