What You'll Do As an HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose, repair and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings—delivering reliable comfort and trusted service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve customer comfort issues effectively and professionally. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Accurately document all service calls, parts used, and work performed in the company system. Collaborate with dispatchers and office staff to ensure timely and efficient service schedules. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance representing Schroeder's in the field.
