COMPENSATION

$90,000-$120,000+ $40/hr depending on experience — if you're the right person, let's talk. Base pay + repair commission + membership spiffs + performance bonuses + $2,000 sign-on bonus

THE ROLE

We're looking for a seasoned HVAC technician who's ready to step into a lead role — not a desk job, not a management title, but the real thing. You'll run your own jobs, set the standard for how work gets done, and help bring newer techs along the right way. You know what good looks like and you hold yourself to it every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run residential service calls, diagnostics, and flat-rate repairs independently
• Lead installations — furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Mentor and support less experienced techs in the field
• Set the standard for quality, professionalism, and customer communication on every job
• Before, during, and after photo documentation on every job
• Customer walk-throughs — findings, filter schedules, thermostat basics
• Present our membership program after every service call and repair

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience — you've seen it all and you know how to handle it
• EPA 608 certification and Minnesota Refrigerant Handling Certificate required
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• Strong communicator — with customers and with teammates
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• $40/hr depending on experience
• $2,000 sign-on bonus — $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 1 year
