Qualifications:
2-5 years of HVAC service experience preferred. HVAC/R certification or technical school training highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC system diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions. Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights may be required.
Working Environment:
Indoor and outdoor job sites. Possible exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, and equipment noise. Residential homes.

Core Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers. Test electrical circuits, components, and wiring according to safety protocols. Read and interpret technical diagrams, service manuals, and diagnostic equipment. Explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner. Document service performed, parts used, and any future recommendations using company service software. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean, safe working condition. Follow all company, safety, and industry standards, including EPA guidelines
