Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee the installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems . This role is vital in ensuring that HVAC installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems. As an HVAC Install Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure quality control throughout the installation process to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Duties Lead and coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Supervise installation teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards Oversee quality control, troubleshooting, and on-site problem-solving Coordinate with sales, service, and office teams for smooth project flow Train and develop technicians while fostering a positive, accountable team culture Maintain compliance with local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience managing HVAC installation crews (residential & light commercial ) Strong technical knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record . $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
