Job Overview Are you looking for a career in a growing 5 star HVAC company with team that pushes you to be your best? Ignite is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Offer club memberships and upgrades. Provide excellent customer service while addressing client concerns and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Drive company van to various job sites as required for service calls. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely project completion. Rottating on call after hours and weekend Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
