Full-Time About the Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality installations, knows residential HVAC inside and out, and can lead a crew from start to finish. You'll be responsible for installing and replacing residential HVAC systems while maintaining our standards for workmanship, customer service, safety, and jobsite cleanliness. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment Read and interpret installation specifications and equipment requirements Properly size, set, wire, pipe, drain, and commission HVAC equipment Perform startup, testing, and system commissioning Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues Lead and train installation helpers and junior installers Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain system operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Ensure installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes Complete job documentation accurately and on time What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven experience as a lead installer or senior installer Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to independently complete full system installations Experience with ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and condensate systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other demanding environments EPA certification required or preferred, depending on company requirements Ability to lead a crew and hold others accountable for quality workmanship We Offer Competitive pay Performance and/or installation bonuses Health Benefits Company-provided tools/equipment Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Consistent residential installation work Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into an installation manager/supervisor role The Ideal Candidate You're more than someone who can install equipment — you're someone who can lead a job, solve problems, protect the customer's home, and deliver an installation you're proud to put your name on.
