We need an experienced service tech, and we're ready to move fast for the right person. $40-$55/hr, take-home van, benefits, and zero pressure to sell anything. If you're good at diagnosing and fixing equipment, that's the job. All of it. Plenty of shops turn every service call into a sales pitch. That's not how we operate. We have a dedicated salesperson who handles leads you diagnose honestly, fix what needs fixing, and when a system's genuinely at the end of its life, you pass it along and collect a spiff. No quotas. No average-ticket targets. No manager breathing down your neck about "opportunities." We've been around 80+ years because we don't churn through techs or customers. Do good work and you'll be treated well. That's the whole deal. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, humidifiers, and related equipment Run mostly service and maintenance calls, with occasional install support Ensure every repair meets manufacturer specs and local code Document your work clearly, including photos Communicate professionally with customers and the office What We're Looking For 4+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerant handling, and basic electrical/low-voltage wiring EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently, manage your time, and take ownership of your work Pay & Benefits $40-$55/hr depending on experience Spiffs on memberships and sales leads Take-home van and company tablet Tool allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) 401(k) with 3% company match Paid time off and paid holidays Flexible schedules Ready to talk?
