What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork with precision and efficiency Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes Communicate clearly with customers and team members Document work performed and materials used What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC installation experience required EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health insurance stipend and retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development Supportive team culture and a reputation for quality service

Based in New Ulm, MN with travel to surrounding areas
