Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves dismantling, removing, and installing new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, evaporator coils, heat pumps, ERV's, RTU's Boilers, Mini Splits, and other HVAC components. 2-10 years experience required. Responsibilities Install systems and components. Cutting and fitting ductwork. mounting units and connecting electrical and refrigerant lines. Test and calibrate systems. Read plans and follow specifications. Follow safety and code requirements. Troubleshoot issues during installation. Provide customer service. Skills Proficient in HVAC/R systems installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics. Experience in appliance repair related to HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks as needed. Knowledge of field service practices and customer service excellence. Familiarity with property maintenance protocols related to HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. EPA & other related certifications.
