Pay Rate:

$32.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems Assist with HVAC system installations Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain water treatment systems Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and appliances Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records Monitor and adjust property wide temperature controls and set points

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification Required:

Two (2) years vocational HVAC training or five (5) years of equivalent on-the-job experience Valid HVAC and Refrigerant Certification Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Preferred:
Class C Chief Boiler License Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Preferred:

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with DX/DDC control systems

Abilities Required:

Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair specialized equipment Ability to maintain high confidentiality Ability to interact professionally with guests, and coworkers, and leadership Ability to follow established dress code policies and personal hygiene standards

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to walk or stan for up to 8 hours Must have a good balance and be able to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed Must be able to occasionally push, pull, and grasp objects Must be able to climb a ladder Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently on a routine basis Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions Must have good hand-eye coordination

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed throughout the property both indoors and outdoors, and may include exposure to loud noise (power tools), dust, fumes (chemicals, paints, varnishes), flashing lights, and cigarette smoke Must be able to work in tight spaces and in all weather conditions Overtime may occasionally be required Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
