Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, ~7:00 AM-4:00 PM, rotating on-call, seasonal overtime
Compensation:
$32•44/hr ($67K•91K annually), plus after-hours differential About the Role We're looking for a Master HVAC Technician to serve as our licensed point of accountability on permitted jobs, independently diagnosing complex residential and commercial systems while leading and mentoring other techs. This is a lead-level role for someone with deep field experience who's ready to be the person others turn to on the toughest calls. What You'll Do Independently diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial HVAC systems Serve as the licensed point of accountability on permitted jobs Lead and mentor other HVAC technicians in the field Handle commercial HVAC work as a core part of the day-to-day mix Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours emergency service Work seasonal overtime as demand requires Uphold high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer service What You Bring 7-10+ years of HVAC experience, including several years at journeyman/lead level Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred Master Mechanical HVACR (Type A) license, or eligible EPA 608 Universal certification (required) Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose complex systems Proven track record leading and mentoring technicians Comfortable serving as the licensed point of accountability on permitted jobs Clean driving record Deal-Breakers No EPA 608 certification No active or eligible Type A license Poor driving record Compensation & Benefits $32•44/hr base ($67K•91K annualized) After-hours differential pay for on-call emergency service
