We're hiring a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems across our properties, keeping residents comfortable and our systems running efficiently year-round. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, heating, and cooling systems across the portfolio. Perform seasonal preventive maintenance and system changeovers. Complete and document work orders promptly through AppFolio. Handle related maintenance—basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs—as needed. Maintain EPA compliance and proper refrigerant handling and recovery. Participate in an on-call/emergency rotation. Travel between assigned communities across the Kansas City metro. What We're Looking For EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required. 2+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; multifamily or commercial experience preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, electrical systems, and refrigerant handling. Own basic hand tools; reliable means of transportation to travel between properties. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license. Strong reliability, professionalism, and a resident-friendly approach.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$28-$32 per hour, depending on experience and certification (target ~$30/hour).

Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
