In this role you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as sheet metal components that support building comfort and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency and safety across a variety of commercial and residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about mechanical systems and eager to contribute to high-quality property maintenance and service. Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately execute installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation and extend system lifespan.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with existing systems, perform appliance repairs, and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes and environmental regulations related to HVAV/R systems.
