Job Description
Residential HVAC Installer This is an opportunity to work with a fantastic team, and leadership that is dedicated to your success! We are looking for a dependable and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you are someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of providing a great customer experience from start to finish- this role is for you!. Responsibilities As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and replacing residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring each installation is completed safely, correctly, and according to company standards. Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Complete new system installations, replacements, and change-outs Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and other HVAC components Properly test and start up equipment to ensure systems are operating correctly Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company installation standards Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about their new HVAC system Complete installation paperwork and required documentation Work closely with other HVAC technicians and team members to complete jobs efficiently What We're Looking For We are looking for a Residential HVAC Installer who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to doing the job right the first time. Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to read and follow installation instructions and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation EPA certification is a plus Why Join Our Team?
