Service Dispatcher - HVAC 📍| Full-Time 💰 $75,000-$100,000 per year Overview We are seeking a Service Dispatcher with a HAVC/Mechanical Contractor to coordinate HVAC service calls and schedules. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dispatcher experience , strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities Receive and organize service calls, dispatching technicians efficiently Maintain daily work schedules for field technicians based on skill and location Communicate customer needs to technicians and Service Manager Ensure necessary parts and equipment are ordered and available Provide logistical support and update customers on service progress Review field technician service reports and track parts inventory Qualifications 2+ years dispatch or related experience Understanding of HVAC/refrigeration systems preferred Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to manage multiple tasks Benefits $75,000-$100,000 salary Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Discretionary annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid Time Off, holidays, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement & gym reimbursement Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
