Job Duties:

Perform routine summer and winter maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues using wiring schematics Properly measure and interpret superheat and subcooling Accurately diagnose system performance and efficiency problems Order necessary parts and maintain accurate service records Provide excellent customer service on every call Occasional after-hours or on-call rotation will be required

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential experience required, small commercial a plus) Strong working knowledge of superheat/subcooling, refrigeration cycle, and troubleshooting schematics EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation and tools Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
