Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air quality) Service commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment — a major local advantage few competitors offer Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs with same-day response when needed Troubleshoot and repair appliances when they overlap with HVAC/refrigeration calls Communicate clearly with customers, delivering white-glove service that builds lifelong loyalty Keep accurate service records and recommend system upgrades that genuinely improve comfort and efficiency Mentor newer techs and contribute to continuous process improvements as we scale Operate company vehicles safely and maintain professional appearance and tools Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and certifications Work independently in the field while staying connected to a supportive shop team Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential and/or commercial) EPA 608 Certification (or ability to obtain immediately) Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varied conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops) Excellent customer service mindset — you're the face of
