Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced mechanical systems, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to building comfort and safety in diverse environments. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting techniques Perform repairs on HVAC/R equipment, including mechanical systems, electrical components, refrigeration units, boilers, and building automation systems Install new HVAC systems and equipment following manufacturer specifications and industry standards Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficient operation and longevity Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other specialized tools to repair or replace faulty components Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports for all performed tasks Skills Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with knowledge of HVAC system repair and installation Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation controls Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints accurately Skilled in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, and appliance repair Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( driver) is required Knowledge of EPA regulations related to refrigerants (EPA certification required) Construction experience or property maintenance background is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that keep buildings comfortable and safe! $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
