YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a broad array of equipment across our properties, including: Split Systems Heat Pumps Air Handlers Gas Furnaces Window Units Light Commercial Rooftop Units

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required) HVAC Certification Preferred Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance Experience is a Plus If you bring a strong work ethic, high motivation, and a positive mindset, we want to help you build a successful long-term career with us.

SCHEDULEWORK-LIFE BALANCE

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call system. While overtime may be needed during peak demands or urgent situations, we prioritize work-life balance and actively work to minimize mandatory overtime. We are committed to giving our technicians a consistent, predictable work routine while delivering superior service across our residential and commercial communities.
