Responsibilities Lead and oversee residential HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems and components accurately. Interpret schematics and HVAC design plans to guide installation, repairs, or upgrades of complex mechanical and electrical systems. Perform HVAC system installation and maintenance tasks while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with customers to explain technical issues clearly, provide recommendations for system improvements or replacements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; ensure documentation complies with company policies and industry standards. Assist in training junior technicians and field staff to uphold quality workmanship and safety protocols.
