Months Full-time Non-exempt Position Description:

(primary functions) The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the repair of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to compliance standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED) Certificate Knowledge of acceptable maintenance procedures and understanding of occupational safety and health regulations Must have and maintain state HVAC licenses/certifications Must have a valid state drivers license

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The HVAC Technician shall be responsible for performing routine maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Technician shall also be responsible for the installation of new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
