Job Description:

We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks—primarily plumbing—with some electrical and HVAC work as needed. We are looking for someone who shows up consistently, takes pride in their work, and maintains a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (approximately 70% of workload) Perform basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Conduct general property maintenance and repairs as needed Communicate updates and job status clearly Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Requirements:

Reliable transportation (required) Own basic tools (required) Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Strong dependability and work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using basic technology (phone apps, work order systems, etc.) Experience in maintenance, plumbing, or related trades preferred Preferred (but not required): Plumbing experience General maintenance or handyman experience Electrical or HVAC knowledge (HVAC certification not required)
