Job Description

D&L LLC is an industrial HVAC, mechanical, and sheet metal contractor supporting manufacturing, commercial, and mission-critical facilities across the Southeast. The team is known for delivering dependable service in demanding environments where system performance, responsiveness, and safety matter every day. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping customer equipment operating reliably and helping maintain the high service standards clients expect from D&L LLC. This is a strong fit for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems in the field, working across a variety of systems, and contributing to work that directly supports customer operations. No travel
  • No residential service calls
  • Year-round full-time work
  • Monday through Friday schedule Responsibilities Respond to service calls and complete troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Inspect, test, and service RTUs, package units, and split systems. Document service work performed and follow all safety procedures. Requirements 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC service work. Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, package units, and split systems. Commitment to safe field service practices. Experience mentoring entry-level technicians. EPA Universal certification.
