Upchurch seeks an HVAC Service Supervisor to lead commercial service operations within our technical services practice. In this role, you will schedule and guide field technicians, oversee diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, and ensure work meets safety, code, and quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with clients, coordinate resources and subcontractors, review documentation, and mentor technicians. Responsibilities Lead and schedule HVAC service technicians for commercial client projects. Oversee diagnostics, maintenance, and repair quality on HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures. Interface with clients to scope work, provide updates, and resolve issues. Review work orders, documentation, and reports for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate parts, tools, and subcontractors to support field teams. Train and mentor technicians to improve technical and customer-service skills. Monitor performance metrics and support continuous process improvement.
