Job Description

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED!
Starting pay of $35-$45/hr depending on experience. At McLees Incorporated you will be working with a team of people who care about you, your family, and a job done right. When you start your career here, you will receive a $2,000 dollar signing bonus ($1,000 after your first six months; remaining $1000 after one year of full-time employment).
Job Description:
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including on holidays and weekends Work indoors (crawlspaces, attics) and outdoors (occasionally on rooftops) while following safety protocols Use hand and power tools Keep track of relevant paperwork and receipts for each job performed
Required Qualifications:
At
LEAST 10
years of experience in an HVAC service role Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Arrive to work on time and ready to go A concern for safety Valid driver's license Desired Qualifications Be self sufficient, motivated, and take pride in your work Maintain a clean working environment Dedication to growth within the company Pay and Benefits Starting pay of $35-$45 per hour depending on experience You will get paid on a weekly basis Employer-paid Health Insurance Dental + Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Optional additional insurance coverage through
