Why You Want This Position:

Starting Wage:

$25 to $35/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Oversee construction projects to ensure they are designed and completed according to company standards Coordinate job readiness by managing schedules, materials, equipment deliveries, and installer communication Maintain quality control throughout each project and support builder upgrade initiatives Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, builders, subcontractors, and team members Complete job documentation accurately, including job packets, change orders, timecards, and other required paperwork Perform precise measuring, cutting, and drilling while maintaining a professional appearance, attitude, and commitment to quality

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC-R service experience EPA and OSHA certifications required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a results-driven environment Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform job-related movements Available for rotating on-call schedule and travel as needed Able to pass background, drug, and driving record screenings Get in touch!
