HVAC Technician requirements:
Able to Independently Troubleshoot and Repair Residential, Commercial and/or Industrial HVAC systems required Residential, Light Commercial, or Commercial HVAC Service and/or Install Experience required Refrigeration Service or Install experience is a plus
HVAC Technician Benefits:
$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Top Benefits! Plenty of OT! PTO! 401K & More!
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, servicing, installing, and maintaining residential, commercial, or Industrial HVAC systems Responsibilities on the commercial/Industrial side include troubleshooting HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance, completing repairs and installations, and responding to service calls Commercial work primarily includes rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), packaged HVAC systems, boilers, hydronic systems, make-up air units (MAUs), ventilation systems, exhaust systems, and building automation systems (BAS) Responsibilities on the residential side include troubleshooting HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance, completing repairs and installations, replacing components, and responding to homeowner service calls Residential work primarily includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, water heaters, indoor air quality equipment, and complete residential HVAC systems, with occasional commercial HVAC service and installation work Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
