What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing customers with professional, honest service.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose heating and cooling system issues Perform repairs, maintenance, and system testing Complete preventive maintenance visits Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacements when appropriate Document work accurately using company software Maintain a clean company vehicle and professional appearance Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Residential HVAC service experience Familiarity with Bryant and Carrier equipment EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Good communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Pride in doing quality work What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid Time Off Company vehicle with fuel card Company uniforms Ongoing training and professional development Year-round work Modern tools and technology to help you succeed Why Work With Us?
