Job Description
Come join our team! 4 day work weeks!!! Monarch Heating and Cooling is growing and is now excepting applications for employment. We are currently seeking a Lead Installation Technician . These are long term, full time, year around positions. We offer very competitive wages, Great benefits, bonus potential, company paid training, company vehicle, paid uniforms and paid holidays. We also offer paid time off after the 1st year of employment. The ideal candidates will have the following
- Previous Lead HVAC experience with EPA and NATE Cert
- General understanding of HVAC industry.
- Ability to follow OSHA safety requirement.
- Strong work ethic.
- Posses tools (basic hand tools) needed for job.
- Reliable transportation to get to work.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail oriented.
- Trust worthy.

$100,000.00- $120,000.
