What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other HVAC equipment Install and modify ductwork as needed Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Equipment We Service Our technicians work on all major brands of: Furnaces (gas, oil, and high-efficiency) Air conditioners Heat pumps Boilers Geothermal systems Radiant and in-floor heating Natural gas and propane systems Oil burners Custom sheet metal and duct systems What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has HVAC service and troubleshooting experience Can independently perform maintenance and diagnose system issues Has installation experience (or is willing to continue learning) Shows up on time and is dependable Takes pride in producing quality work Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience (required) Valid driver's license (required) EPA Certification (preferred) Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience (DOE) Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling when possible Travel/commuting assistance Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career development Stable, year-round, full-time employment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts On-call rotation Overtime available If you're looking for a company that values hard work, supports its employees, and takes pride in doing the job right, we'd love to have you join the Northern Heating & Cooling team.
