Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled HVAC technician with 3-5+ of residential and light commercial experience to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy solving problems and want to build a long-term career with a growing company, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless systems. Perform preventative maintenace and system inspections. Work on light commercial HVAC equipment. Design and install duct layouts for residential and light commercial projects. Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools safely and efficiently during installations or repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues clearly and recommending appropriate solutions. Represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or installer with a strong background in mechanical systems repair and installation. Experience with duct layout, fabrication and installation. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents accurately. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in field service environments.
