Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors Maintain professional relationships with builders Run and work a job from start to finish Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Complete jobs within the labor budget Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecards Basic Safety knowledge of tools and testing devices Valid driver's license Properly measure, cut, & drill holes Follow all guidelines for job staging Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Possesses both written and verbal English language skills Be able to communicate effectively with consumers Proficient in data analysis, using data to drive decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven and adaptable to change. Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
