Job Description

Ryan's Heating & Air is looking for new Installation Technicians to install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Join our team. HVAC Installation Technician Skills and Responsibilities:
Fabrication and installation of sheet metal ductwork Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Willingness to be a team member Organize and create an efficient and safe job site Work with job site construction foreman Ability to listen and follow instructions of supervisors Operate power and hand tools safely and responsibly Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Follow directions as given
Qualifications:
Ability to handle physical workload. Able to lift at least 80 pounds. Valid driver's license Must be able to work from an elevated platform Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (Preferred but not required. Training available.) Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams (Preferred but not required) EPA Certification. Minimum Type 2. Universal preferred.
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Monday through Friday. May require some evenings. Mandatory half-hour lunch break.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary, based on experience. Up to $80,000 per year, depending on skill and experience.
