Bill's Superheat Inc., located in Kalispell, MT, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Our company is founded upon excellent values, and we are family oriented. We are a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Dealer and Bryant Equipment Specialist Dealer. We are seeking individuals who are looking for a long-term position in a great environment. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with a minimum of five years installation experience. You will become a part of an exceptional team of employees who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers.
Job Pay:
$34 - $42 an hour Job type: Full-time Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday / 8 hour shift (may work longer than 8 hour shift if needed)

Two Weeks Annual Paid Time Off Responsibilities:
The successful HVAC Installer will have a minimum of 5 years HVAC installation experience. Must possess the knowledge and experience needed to install HVAC equipment and components, including but not limited to ductless mini split systems, gas piping, ductwork, thermostats and sheet metal in a variety of settings, primarily providing ductless mini split installations and residential / commercial retrofit installations. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, interacting in a positive and helpful manner with all customers, staff members and vendors. The HVAC Installer will maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the installation vehicle. Duties for which this position is accountable: Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and IAQ equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer's specifications. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., be physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, working on rooftops and in crawl spaces and attics, and able to work in diverse weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license and insurable / clean driving record. 5 years of HVAC equipment installation required. Must possess tools needed for the position. EPA Certification. Must be honest, organized, dependable, punctual and detail oriented. Must be a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills & excellent attention to detail. Install copper refrigerant lines of varying size. Must possess knowledge of brazing and flaring techniques. Pressure testing refrigerant lines for leaks. Install low voltage control systems. Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required, on site and in shop. Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, and other HVAC controls. Install PVC piping for venting and drainage systems. Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to wiring diagrams. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner. Follows standard procedures and process. Must possess excellent knowledge of current mechanical codes. Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Must be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies. Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when project requires. Show willingness to invest time in ongoing training.
